This Zebra label printer features sturdy construction with a metal side-loading printing mechanism, metal media cover with glass viewing window and visible user touch points. We test on USB and support USB setup, ethernet is also tested and working. We provide free USB setup support but do not provide network support, or LINK OS 6.2 platform integration. Link OS 6.2 provides integration across muliple non-windows platforms and is outside our area of expertise. All printheads are good, all sensors and key components are good, cosmetics are good and firmware is updated. All pictures are generic, refurbished machines typically have moderate cosmetic flaws due to usage, nothing unsightly. Functionality and cosmetics are good. Our staff has over 20 years of experience with Zebra thermal printers. Each machine's key components are fully tested on our workbench and each machine is detailed.
